Flavours of the Mediterranean, we blitz veg into the sauce base to hide it from fussy eaters. The use of chicken mince makes this dish a nice, light, alternative to a beef based pasta. The addition of the fresh crumbled feta gives it that tasty creamy element you get with pasta without all the guilt! We recommend heating in the oven in the original dish for 20min on 180 with the lid on and then 5-10 lid off so the feta melts golden. You can also tip it all into a big pot on the stove if you prefer.
